Carol Hough

Carol Anne “Annie” Hough writes educational plays for children. So far, she has completed five plays that have been shared with audiences at conferences, schools, theaters, churches, libraries, nursing homes and wildlife refuges. Ms Hough enjoys the outdoors, being active, reading, writing, watching children in her plays transform, being with family, friends & her little dog, Elmer.

Wetland Adventures


Wetland Adventures is an educational play about a boy and his grandfather. At a pond, they learn from painted turtles, whirligig beetles, mosquitoes, dragonflies, damselflies and a water snake.

 

 

 

 

Orchard Adventures


Orchard Adventures is an educational play about a boy and his grandmother. In an orchard, they learn from bees, crickets, maggots, birds and an ant.

 

Garden Adventures


Garden Adventures is an educational play about a boy and his grandfather. In the garden, they learn from spittle bugs, lady bird beetles, aphids and a frog.

 

Forest Adventures


Forest Adventures is an educational play about three children and their grandmother. In the forest, they learn from butterflies, fireflies, squirrels, porcupines and a bear.

 

Prairie Adventures


Prairie Adventures is an educational play about three children and their grandparents. In the prairie, they learn from prairie chickens, bison, butterflies grasshoppers and a skunk.
